A really good pizza with fast service. You have a great choice of pizza and despite having 12 or so of us ordering at the same time, we had our meals within 20 minutes or so. The pizza was really tasty and one of the best we had on our trip. Not sure why the reviews are so low, unless they are old. Slightly too oily if I’m being critical but worth grabbing a pizza from there to eat in or out! View all feedback.
What purpletravller doesn't like about Caffe' Calce I Giardini:
A rocket salad with tomatoes was fine followed by some tasty pizzas. Base is crisp as opposed to the traditional Neapolitan style. Good flavour although a little heavy with tomato purée. Reasonable priced bottle of rose, water and a couple of espressos made for a nice lunch which is good as Ravello can sometimes be very overpriced. The pizza was worse. It should be illegal in italy to sell this to people. The service was also bad. Not nice. I do not recommend this place to people.
