I was dreading coming to the Palace to stay for work for two weeks due to previous reviews, especially the food!! I am pleased to report a new chef has turned this joint around!!! Even if you don't stay here a meal is definitely worth the stop. A great country pub View all feedback.

Nice owners were really helpful to a tired driver. Room was ok, clean and warm. Shower was weak but hot. The hotel looked like a classic but my room was a modern block of units out the back. Someone's kids were using the place as a playground until I told them to bugger off. Good overnight stay. View all feedback.
