this is a really good Indian michelin star restaurant in nyc, so advanced reservations are required. the bar area has an à la carte menu. the inner dining room has a tasting course. there are many vegetarian options that are delicious. the dishes are not unique or innovativ, but they all taste great and have been perfectly executed. our server were excellent and explained all dishes really good. we'll be back. Overrated. The presentation is nice, and the atmosphere was great, good service, but the food was disappointing. I would expect that a high end Indian restaurant will serve more complex flavors, but I can’t say I’ve got it in that restaurant. Some of the dishes were missing flavors and even salt. I was truly impressed by this Indian fusion restaurant located in the center of New York. I used to think that Dubai had the best Indian food, but Junoon was absolutely amazing. The dishes were all delicious and satisfying, with just the right amount of spice. The lobster bowl was a particularly innovative dish. I highly recommend trying the set menu as a group to sample the wide variety of dishes available. It's time to bring Junoon to Dubai!
I have visited this restaurant several times. During my last visit, I tried the 3-course menu and each dish was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The outdoor seating is also nice, but overall, the service and food were excellent.

The service at this restaurant was truly outstanding. Rose made our one-year anniversary celebration even more special with her attentive service and knowledge of the menu. She provided us with excellent recommendations. The cricket (dessert) was delicious and definitely a must-try.
This restaurant is amazing!!! It was my first time there. Reservations were easy to make and got a confirmation text promptly. Staff was very friendly and took us to our table even though we were 15 minutes early.Service was prompt and the staff helped make some suggestions. The eggplant chaat and brain toast were delicious! The lamb chops and Murg Labdadar were cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth! Garlic naan was great but also loved the Junoon naan which has some spices and was unique! They also served rice and 2 types of daal. The desserts were out of this world the classic trio with the Shahi Tukda sweetened bread) which was very rich and the fallooda was a dream. The kulfis we’re such interesting flavors- especially the paan one. Last but not least, we were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a lovely LOVE mousse! It was so sweet of them! The staff was very attentive ! I was unsure when I went there because of the mixed reviews but fell in love with the place and will definitely go back again!!
