What faith martin doesn't like about Hibachi Express:
No one cooks with gloves in there. I saw a worker pick up two cups of shrimp with his fingers in the cup and with the same hands that were in the cup he picked up a hand full of vegetables to put in a bowl. Then turned around with the cross contaminated and started cooking it. Nothing was washed, not even his hands.
