I never really except much from a McDonald the food is usually alright and service is usually pretty straightforward. However at this McDonald’s in particular I had a great experience due to the level of customer service here. The service was exceptional for a McDonald. So I figured it was worth noting. What NELSON AIR MECHANICAL doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Old frying oil. My chicken sandwich looked blackened. When exchanging it the manager says it's the oil. We mention that the oil needs to be changed then. They bring us another blackened chicken sandwich and finally we just settle for a burger. Poor management! View all feedback.
