"Great dinner. chef roy’s is just out when I see 10, but back and hard. it is only north of I-10 on the left side shortly before the days inn. the hired in the best western motel recommended it. I wanted a good louisianna seafood dinner and I was not disappointed. I ordered the seafood carpet grilled (they have a choice of fried or grilled) and it was great! the plate consisted of 6 small garnels, filled garnels, 3 or 4 oysters, crabcakes, black cat fillet and a frogbon. the plate contained a very good salat (the ranch dressing was great) and brot. for a light charge I had the auberginenfries, they were not only different but good. my server, ashley, has made a great job, she was friendly, helpful and efficient. the evening meal, with an unsweetened tee was $34.36 before the congratulate that is a good value. the owner came through the dining room to see how everyone enjoys his dinner. he seemed to know many of the patrons who led me to this being a place. if they find themselves in rayne, I highly recommend it."

"It was packed! The owners and workers...one team! I had Rotisserie Chicken with a sweet-heat idea. Corn grits had a great balance of flavors and collard greens....beautiful. The Taste Buds made their rounds...an incredible amount of thought and teamwork went into this place...from hiring team members to recipes and food prep."

"This place is great! Really just a stop in and pick up boudin/sausage and Cracklin shop inside a nice gas station, but no need for anything else!! The fresh hot cracklins and fried boudin balls were freaking awesome!! Service is a bit slow, so plan to be there for a bit if there's a line, but it wasn't terrible and they packed everything up nicely for us. Definitely plan to stop by if you're in the area!!"

"Edit evaluation. Usually a good nice bar to go. I was there a lot. The King Cake and Egg Nog daiquiris are my favorite when it is season. Had a night when I charged a big tab on my card that wasn't mine. Just been placed under another Sc... name. It took a while to fix and had to go personally. Ask Chris if you have a problem and he'll help you. I appreciate the help after the fact, although it took a while to do it."

"Excellent. Don't let the long lines bother you. They are remarkably efficient at keeping the lines moving quickly. I do not like anything plain. I want sauce and condiments and cheese on everything... EXCEPT my Chick-Fil-A sandwich! Those are too good for that. I like it plain. It is heaven. :"
