"Great Dinner. Chef Roy's is located just off if I 10 but set back and hard to see. It is just north of I 10 on the left side just before the Days Inn. The clerk at the Best Western Motel recommended it. I wanted a good Louisianna Seafood dinner and Iwas not disappointed. I ordered the seafood platter grilled (You have a choice of fried or grilled) and it was great! Theplatter consisted of 6 small shrimp, stuffed shrimp, 3 or 4 oysters, crab cake, blackened catfish fillet, and a frog leg. Theplatter included a very good salad (the ranch dressing was great) and bread. For a slight up charge I had the eggplant fries they were not only different, but good. My server, Ashley, did a great job, she was courteous, helpful and efficient. Thedinner, with a unsweet tea was $34.36 before gratuity which is a good value. The owner came through the dining room to seehow everyone was enjoying their dinner. He seemed to know many of the patrons, which led me to believe that this is a localplace. If you find yourself in Rayne I highly recommend it."

"Absolutely blown away. After having almost every veggie pizza in town this one is the absolute best! All the veggies are fresh and the pizza is crispy and everything actually stays on the pizza without cheese! The pesto sauce has been the favorite so far! Can't wait to go back"

"Red curry is my favorite, but the orange chicken, cashew/pineapple rice, etc are amazing too! Overall great food and they're so nice! Edit:the only thing I've had here that was underwhelming was the chicken satay..it was dry and bland. The prices have gone up and the servings have gotten smaller besides that it's still high quality Thai food. Edit: lately things have been not so good. They used to be so high quality. Now portion sizes are down, prices are up able they're using less curry paste in the curry and it's all bland. Ugh guess I'll find another Thai restaurant."

"Very Good Crawfish. Here in South Louisiana, if your crawfish are not good, your business is history. The upside of this is that there are a number of great spots for perfect crawfish around here and CT on Ridge is one of them. Our business is in Scott, so it is not a long drive to get there. They are busy, so you may have to wait a couple of minutes for a beverage, but they keep checking on you throughout your visit."
