We always stop here for the chicken cracklings. It should be called chicken crack! The pork rinds and pork cracklings are superb too! Give them a try

Should be ashamed to sell that dry flavorless rice link that ya’ll call boudin in south Louisiana. Absolutely terrible but the cracklins were good.

"Great Dinner. Chef Roy's is located just off if I 10 but set back and hard to see. It is just north of I 10 on the left side just before the Days Inn. The clerk at the Best Western Motel recommended it. I wanted a good Louisianna Seafood dinner and Iwas not disappointed. I ordered the seafood platter grilled (You have a choice of fried or grilled) and it was great! Theplatter consisted of 6 small shrimp, stuffed shrimp, 3 or 4 oysters, crab cake, blackened catfish fillet, and a frog leg. Theplatter included a very good salad (the ranch dressing was great) and bread. For a slight up charge I had the eggplant fries they were not only different, but good. My server, Ashley, did a great job, she was courteous, helpful and efficient. Thedinner, with a unsweet tea was $34.36 before gratuity which is a good value. The owner came through the dining room to seehow everyone was enjoying their dinner. He seemed to know many of the patrons, which led me to believe that this is a localplace. If you find yourself in Rayne I highly recommend it."

"We reached the restaurant of Alexandaria and we were looking for a good Thai restaurant and ended here We are today surprised with a great reception in the restaurant The hostess was very professional and plesent we ordered food n beverages and service was very good and food simply excellent with very authentic Thai green n red curries apitizers were also good overall great experience we will certainly visit again n highly recommend this place Enjoy You great Thai food here."
