this is the hotel restaurant in front of the main lobby. while we stayed, they had two selected vegan choices a quinoa tabbouleh hummus spinat w pommes or salat and a bbq hoisin tofu steak. both were nice, a little expensive, but this is common with hotel restaurants. read more.

What Alanis Kozey doesn't like about Cheers American Bistro:
we were disappointed to go here and see that they have removed most of their vegan options. we ordered the cauliflower steak that was delicious, but it was appetizer great. definitiw not enough for an evening meal. I hope they will cancel their options. it was a bit disappointed. 7/2021 update: they have some vegan options for lunch (see photo).
