This was my first time here and I was immediately enticed by the delicious smells. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Both the Big Kahuna cheese steak and the Bacon Chicken Ranch were absolutely delicious. I also loved that they offered gluten-free options. He was so kind (along with everyone else! and made the place a fun, inviting, and hilarious environment. He is fantastic and such an outgoing person! Awesome people, awesome food, and they never disappoint!!
I ordered a turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, oregano, and mustard. When I unwrapped it, there was mustard smeared on the paper, no oregano, and LOTS of mayo. When my husband informed him, the staff person told him I said mayo. I HATE mayo, so no I didn't. I wasn't about to get into line and reorder, so I wiped off as much mayo as I could. UGH! The music was so loud, that he couldn't hear what I said. In addition, the tables were dirty. My first time at Jersey Mikes will definitely be my last. One chance to make a good impression, and they failed.
Best Jersey Mike's I have ever visited. The staff is amazingly friendly. They always accommodate my super-specific special requests. I have never had a bad experience here and I love their tuna, so I come here regularly. If you're going to pick a sub shop, pick this one.
The restaurant provides excellent customer service and is very attentive to gluten-free options.
