What allison cook likes about Starbucks:
The staff member that helped me was so friendly. I had my daughter go in and get our mobile order. She said that we were missing a doughnut. I went in to get it and the barista got me another pastry and very kindly pointed out that she'd given us a gift card to make up for not having it. Didn't make me feel like a fool for not seeing it! Great service! Wish I caught her name. She had cat makeup on for Halloween. ? View all feedback.
What Todd Cook doesn't like about Starbucks:
Worst service ever. So sad that you can walk into a place and though you 're the only customer in line, 3 minutes later, you haven 't even been acknowledged with a simple, hello, we 'll be right with you. More relevant would be the greeting of Stay right there and wait for me while I finish my personal conversation with my co-workers. Awful. View all feedback.
