The food is very good but the service is horrible. We arrived 1h before finishing the all you can eat time and they only gave us the a la carte menu option (more expensive). After ordering, one of the managers shouted to us from far away : Are you sure? It is too much food! It's (total price of our order) of food. My expectation was already low, I have been before at their other branches in LondonBut this experience was not good at all.
Given the eh location, my expectations where set at neutral and to that degree, they were metHave I had better, certainly.
Arrived here at 6.15 on a Thursday afternoonIt's my first time & im looking forward to trying a new restaurant.
My family and I have been coming to this place for years and we always have the best sushi and the best service. also great delivery with fresh sushi and always super fast on time. everyone is always friendly, attentive and fast there too. the sushi is always super fresh and soo yum! we even had birthday parties here and once got a round (a very strong) Japanese drink from albert! for lunch and dinner this place will never be disappointed!
I've been here for many years and have no bad thing to say about this place. eating is great and good value, the staff is friendly. When I first had the salmon teriyaki sushi, I was a changed woman.
