I was in the face bar now at a few. all were new or coming bands from death metal to electronic. the experience was always brilliant. this place is in an uninspiring position, but it is just a short walk away from the city center and when they are on the door, it is just like any other good music location, except that the staff are more enthusiastic to make their evening great; from the door staff to the friendly bar... What User doesn't like about The Face:
Came to see a live band here and it was so weird. The sound engineer was clearly awful because the mics were feeding back constantly throughout the entire gig and the band were visibly frustrated. The venue itself is an interesting space but it has booths round the edge that feel very dated and need some attention because it feels like an old working men's club from the 80s. Good. I was here a few times. 2 sides of the bar, with 2 different musical directions.
