"We're really much on the move, but it's been the absolute scratch for a long time. The place is located near Euskirchen, a romatic castle. The first contact with the castle owner Bemberg super beautiful. The restaurant is small and cozy. The service is perfect. I just miss the words for the food. Flavours Satt, quality hammer, the look brilliant, the superlatives appeal to me, I really get the words. And that's a star I can't believe. Every euro we left there was more than worth it."

Dazu eine ausgesuchte Menge Erbsen und Möhren aus dem Glas oder der Dose. Etwas Brokkoli, Blumenkohl und ein paar labbrige Pilze, alles in einer undefinierbaren hellen Soße ertränkt. Das sollte wohl eine Hollandaise sein. Gewürze? Was ist denn das?Preis? Satt!Ach ja, die offenen Weine werden nur in Kategorien angeboten. Zum Beispiel: Rotwein, trocken; Rotwein lieblich etc.So könnte ich endlos weiter schreiben. Ist mir aber zu blöd. Mich sehen die nicht wieder."
