I received an email for a free emergency pizza. I was having issues trying to redeem it. Natalie from Store 5480 on Dayton Blvd looked up my previous order to try and resolve the issue. She went far above to provide excellent customer service. She offered to make the emergency pizza! It was delicious! I appreciate this admirable manager that made my night! Thank you for caring!
