While some have faced issues such as long wait times, burnt food, and poor customer service, others have found the store to consistently serve up hot, fast, and fresh food. One customer commended the hardworking employee behind the counter and gave five stars for her work ethic. Despite some negative reviews, it seems like the store has its strengths and weaknesses, with some customers swearing to never return and others being loyal to the store for its efficient service.
1 and 1/2 hours for delivery and when I finally received the pizza, it was burnt. Like many have said they don?t answer the phone, so I had to drive down to Red bank at night to return the inedible trash they delivered. They couldn?t explain how theylet such a disgusting pizza out the door, ?I guess I didn?t check it? is what the ?Manager? said. All I got was my money back,no credit and a insincere apology.
Friday September 4 i order a pie chicken wings around 8 pm at Red Bank dominos pizza is 9:11 pm i haven?t get my pizza yet,the store don?t answer calls. This the second time that this happen.
I go here late night so we understand where I?m coming from. There is a girl behind the counter who is working her tail off to make sure everything happens quickly. Been here a bunch of times. My 5 stars are for here and her work ethic. Pizza is betterthan expected
Literally called 30 minute before they closed after failing to create an online profile. They failed on all aspects of a business. Didn?t care about the order or delivering the product. So disappointed on all aspects. Never again.
I only order for my son and I must say the wait time sucks!!! I place a order at 730 and it shouldn't take 2 hrs to deliver a plain pizza this not the first time I should of known the first couple times its not the same like years ago my suggestion is toshut this place down other places come quicker never again they have lost my business.
