"Why does it seem like the girls that work at this place have an off day? If you go to Orland or Chico Dutch Brothers, even the other Red Bluff location... any of them have much more positive attitudes. It's NOT fair to say that ALL the girls that work there have difficulties with communication at the window, but I know I dislike this one the most because of the majority of girls that work there currently. If you're collecting points, make sure you do it with your walk-up server because asking for it at the window is a huge bother, every time."

"There are 4 vegetarian options on the menu. I ordered one and got the wrong article that was a queen. I then asked about the right article. I don't think it tastes vegan. I feel like there's chicken broth in the rice. Of course, can't be sure, but I don't think vegan requests are taken very seriously here, so be careful."

"French dip and Swiss are pretty good. The Red Bluff Arby's has improved in recent years. The oil in the frit had to be changed, frits were dark colored, didn't taste great."
