What MaryJ Wanna2 doesn't like about Susie's:
Husband and I stopped in for lunch. The one waitress was handling the orders well as they began to fill up. Avg. Dinner sandwiches and plated meals. We ordered the dbl chz burger and catfish sandwich and split an order of American fries. The server got them to split the order of fries between both plates which was nice but to be honest it didn't improve their taste as they tasted like they were fried in the same oil... The server got them to split the order of fries between both plates which was nice but to be honest it didn't improve their taste as they tasted like they were fried in the same oil as fish and many other items as they just had a pungent taste I wasn't a big fan of. Otherwise the food was good just a little on the pricey side for what was available and the outdated atmosphere.
Super good food, reasonable prices, if you like small town feel this is the place for you.

I haven't been here since I was a kid and it still holds up! The food is delicious and has big portions! Amazing and friendly staff too!
This is Mom's cooking in a restaurant. Food was delicious and service exceptional. No alcohol sold at this location. That's a bummer.
