The pita bread was very fluffy and seasoned with spices making it very tasty. The beef souvlaki was seasoned very well prior to cooking and was cooked perfectly. So, here it is: it is not true tzatziki, it is a sauce, tzatziki style. Ok, I get it, it is fine. But if I remember well, it should be TWO spoons of sauce for a wrap, the second one should crown the top of the wrap and it should be a full spoon and not just a smear.
