Love the Phoenix. We go to the Phoenix pretty frequently. It gets very busy even during the week. Servers are always friendly but rushed. The food is always hot...

"I go to Starbucks everyday in Red Deer. I’ve been to this location a few times. This is a first time at this Starbucks that the staff making my drink was rude and seemed not wanting to be there. I said thank you and have a good day to her and she turned around saying nothing. It was today at 11:20 and a bit busy but not overwhelming as there was 6 staff members on at that time.Won’t come back to this location again."
