I love this place for my kids. However I guess Covid took it's toll, many toys and games are not working or in disrepair. The heat in the upstairs playroom does not work at all, so myself and half a dozen other parents had our parkas on. The bathrooms used to be so clean but the toilets no longer properly flush, toilet paper was empty or just about to be. Basic cleaning has gone down hill, still better than other loc...
