We normally love Wendy's but this visit was a real disappointment. We asked for a receipt and didn't get one. We got someone else's order as well as our own. The fries were cold and in many little pieces not up the normal high standard. The grilled chicken was soft and didn't taste right and the person who ate it had a stomach upset. View all feedback.

I go to Wendy's for fast food that isn't fried or frozen to death. This time I got fresh food and a lovely friendly cashier, but the ketchup dispensers
Went through the drive through so we didn't really receive any positive customer service. Good food but I hate that the staff seem to nit care about anything.
