"This was our second visit, but the first was over 5 years ago and was very good back then. We visited for lunch and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were offered complimentary wine tasting to begin with, which was very nice. This lead to sales of chardonnay and sparkling wines! For meals we had the 'Merricks Burger' and the 'Pork Belly'. Both were amazing! For dessert we shared a Apple Tart with Vanilla Bean ice cream - divine! Lovely setting and surroundings down on the Mornington Peninsula and we will be back again for a third visit sooner rather than later - Highly recommended."

"We were at Paringa for a 70th birthday and had the 3-courses. The food was just divine! Service tip top! I ordered the toffee chicken for entree, duck and baclava for main and the coffee parfait for dessert and oh my god did they deliver! The duck especially was a perfect 10! I loved the combination of all the flavours and textures on my plate... the crunch and spices from the baclava when paired with the duck was out of this world! Highly recommended!"
