Golden Crust Pizza - Red Lion

The pizza and tap rooms were 5 stars! I grabbed a beer in the cockroom while I waited for my pizza to cook. The bartender was kind and made a great job. On my way out, I grabbed a 4 pack of beer to go and noticed that the expiry date was a year ago. I asked if it was really a year old before I went to checkout to go back and he said yes, but he was good old. Just open it over the sink. I should have brought it back. This beer was NOT good and it was 25!!! I can't drink dollars for a four-year-old beer. Lesson learned. I'm back for the tap room and the pizza, but it would be nice to go your beer in the code with the high prices you load.

It is little out of the way and the street parking can be a bit annoying, but if you are in the area, I would recommend it for some pizza and wings. Pro tip, on Monday's wings are $0.65 per wing last checked, seems like a promo that's going on for a while. (Recommend the Hot and Honey BBQ). Good selection of beer from the area, a lot of microbrow, but it is a bit expensive, so prepare for it.

To eat one of my favorite places. Excellent food and prices. But lately it seems that there have been a lack of personnel/problems that are closed in the section most of the time. This is a shame when it seemed that they had a solid business through this end. I would think to pay the waiting staff a little more to keep it staff to pull/promote the business.

I enjoyed my visit to the Golden Crust Pizza. I was looking for a place to eat and stumbled over her. When someone who enjoys beer and craftsmanship beers that are available, it was great that they had such a choice available. From real guinness on a nitro tap, to a real beer engine at the place. Unfortunately the engine didn't run, but I would like to try if it was. I had her lasagna, which was very good, and I say they have big wings. The staff was friendly and polite, so I enjoyed my visit and will return..

By far the best pizza in York/red Lion. The owner is always super nice and has always greeted me and my kids. One time while eating in I got the steamed clams which tasted super weird- I’ve gotten them a number of times before but when I had them last time it looked like Italian dressing was mixed in them. When I told the waitress she just stared at me… I couldn’t even eat them they were so bad. No apology or anything. Needless to say it’s been awhile (3 years since we dined in due to that. I do however order for to go so I don’t have to deal with that mishap again. Don’t let this discourage you though, this place does great with their items and being welcomed during pick up keeps me and my boys coming back for more :
