Cafe Regis was precisely what we expected- the great vibe of a small mountain town cafe. Great coffee. Tofu burrito as is on the menu. Request/confirm they won't use butter when cooking. The toppings were extra. They kept our coffee cups filled without asking. The serving was huge. They had a couple of nice lunch options as well. three menu items that are vegan. heaping bowl, asian nudel soup (it is a touching frit) and curry tofu scramble. smootheien and salate. eating was fresh, but not very exciting. they have a garden that supplies the kitchen with fresh vegetables. because in a vegan food desert, it's pretty good.
