I just happened to be near the area and looking for bbq... it must be my lucky day! Delicious sliced brisket- so tender it melt on your tongue. And the Lockhart Sausage? Spicy- like I like it- and perfect. It is actually brisket with black pepper and the casings are tender and delicious! Holy Smoke was sooooo good! The food was worth the price and atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Definitely going back soon.
