The BYOB policy adds value to the dining experience, while the helpful and efficient service ensures a pleasant visit. With a wide variety of well-prepared dishes, including tender lamb and rich, flavorful curries, Mohabir is a favorite choice for many who appreciate quality Indian cuisine in the area. Although weekends can get busy, booking in advance is recommended. Overall, Mohabir remains a popular spot for delicious Indian food in London.
We have frequently enjoyed going to the Mohabir. The service always friendly and the food always excellent authentic and beautifully cooked the focus here is on the food without the need for fancy lighting, decor etc you see in other places to distract you from overpriced, uninspiring ‘signature’ dishes. The bring your own alcohol just adds to this you really are paying for good food only. We ordered a takeaway from here last night and it was no disappointment just as good as ever. The Paneer Tikka is amazing! My vegetarian son in law said that it is the best curry that he has ever eaten. Definitely ‘a dining experience worth talking about’ whether you eat in or at home. Highly recommend!
Food was excellent and will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank for a great evening on Eid.
I just had another excellent takeaway from my favourite Asian (Indian) restaurant never lets us down either eating in or during these times a delivered takeout
Excellent food, excellent service and very friendly. Ordered food for my parents, and they loved it. Thanks to Kawsor, you were and are very accommodating. Have since ordered again and will be very week. Parents thoroughly enjoyed the food. Thank you.
Fancied something different on a Sunday instead of a Roast dinner, so we decided to try The Mohabir. Booked a table with no problems for the 7 of us and it was an indian buffet style, starter, main and dessert. Even bring your own alcohol as they only sell soft drinks and to be honest the food was amazing, the starters which was a large variety selection of chicken wings, Somosas, spring rolls, salads and potato fritters were delicious and was seriously enough for the children. The main consisted of rice, potato saag, 2 different chicken curries and a lamb curry with vegetable curry and plain naan, absolutely delicious and very filling, so filling that I couldn’t actually stomach any dessert. Children had dessert of a selection of cakes with some custard and they were all happy. From the food, to the waiting staff and the politeness of everyone there is was definitely worth the money spent and loved the food. We will be visiting again very soon!!
