This is one of my favorite Mexican spots in Redding. The food is extremely expressive and flavorful! We love the fajitas! The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is that you only get one complementary basket of chips and salsa. (We're from the Midwest where all you can eat chips and salsa are the norm at every Mexican restaurant and we'd be happy to pay an extra buck or two per entree to get that here. The diner is accessible and can therefore also be used with a wheelchair or physical disabilities, Depending on the weather conditions, you can also sit outside and eat.

What User doesn't like about Casa Rios Grill:
You charge extra for chips? Serioisly?? I suppose if they were made from an ancient Inca tribe masa recipe passed down for generations, then maybe.... but they were not. Then comes the spiceless, unseasoned steak fajitas which (have I alread mentioned this? , were pathetically bland. No mas visits to this establishment considering the 50 other Mexican restaurants in Redding clamoring for my pesos. read more.
