"Checked it out on Yelp before coming to Redding. Got two Greek salads and hummus with pita as takeout, brought it back to the room. The salad completely filled a standard styrofoam take-out tray and was just delicious. More than enough, loaded with good veggies and some good Greek dressing. The hummus tasted home-made (although I don't know that it was) and was also excellent. This place now has top honors in my list of places to eat in Redding."

"The burger is always juicy, never dry. And you can add about 10 items for free. There are some other things you pay when you want to add them. Just like the burger the frits are made fresh when you order, so they are good and hot and always taste great."

"Stop at From the Hearth Kitchen on College View, for breakfast, after a beautiful morning walk. I ordered the Pastrami breakfast bowl. I have to say it was very good and the part was right. The others in my group also enjoyed their breakfast. I would have made pictures, but we just drove in as soon as we got the food to the table."
