Had a lovely stay, staff were fab and so helpful and friendly. Breakfast lovely. Just a couple of niggles kettle in room didn't work unless finger kept on button(I did report it) and shower not very good so didn't use it but at least had a bath which I loved. What Barry S doesn't like about Southcrest Manor:
The location and building are lovely, however, the staff service and cleanliness let this place down. breakfast tables have no table cloths, just pub style tables and tiny, I had to ask the staff on numerous occasions to clear away glasses, ask for salt, pepper, sauces even to set the table so we can eat.
