"Room was clean but all other areas advertised were to not their standards. The pool was filthy with algae, dirt and full of bugs in it. Someone put two bags of salt in it one day while people were seimming in it no other cleaning devices were used. The restaurant, bar and cellar were not open as advertised through their website or bookings.com.Basic accommodation and paid full price for the expectation is to get the experience that was advertised with wine, food and restaurant. Definitely would not recommend this place especially the fact I was handed the keys without even verifying who I was or any proper checkin details. No verification of certificates and no one to check out with.. very poor customer service.Basically place was very run down."
