I had the rump steak with chips salad and gravy. The steak was the worst I have had in many years. It was chewy and rare not medium. I could only eat about half of it and that was an effort. The gravy was watery and the worst gravy I have ever had. I complained and the waiter apologised, said no one had ever complained before and also said the chef was new.
