"He tried this place for his wood-fired pizzas. the pizza cook took us the time to talk about the pizza and the ingredients. he was so proud of the quality of the products used to try us even some of the cured meats, and yes they were high quality. it was really great to see someone who just loved what they did for a life. but the truth was in the taste of the pizza. we had to drive 20 minutes to the house and the pizza was amazing. if they expect a pizza with tons toppings and cheese, that is not for them. but if they enjoy a good pizza with smaller amounts of toppings, but 100% taste than this is worth a try!
