I placed a catering order on Tuesday for pickup today at 4pm PT. When I arrived at about 4:20pm I was informed that my cookies had not been made. That they would not be ready for about 20 30 minutes!!! What the heck??? 4pm pickup and prepaid for order turned into not getting my cookies until 5pm PT!
