The Cupcake Espresso Bar is a hidden gem in Redlands. They have a ton of desserts and baked goods, drinks (smoothies, coffees, teas), and a handful of sandwiches. Everything I've tried has been delicious. The desserts are on display so you can see exactly what each baked good looks like which I like! The current menu card may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of dishes, the card also offers a variety of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu card also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been positively highlighted by customers, even if these have not yet been listed.
