Small establishment serving mainly Japanese food, with Chinese and Korean influences. Usual variety of sushi and bento meals, with plenty of appetisers. What Trisha Harvey doesn't like about Captain Wasabi:
While this restaurant gives the impression of Japanese it's not really. It's Korean Japanese which isn't the same for the purists among us. Prices aren't too bad. I had Salmon Set meal. Good size portion of salmon but it was over cooked and dry. The gyoza were not true Japanese, so they were set aside. The flavours just weren't right. We won't be going back.
