The PLM team is amazing. They make the pick up process seamless so that you are in and out within a couple of minutes, leaving with fresh, flavorful, and healthy meals for the week. "Actually there are some good food, but very few options. this is a good place when they are with someone who is not vegan. but, it's called homegrown and I just feel like it's not the best marketed. Sounds like it's much more vegan friendly when most of their food has meat in it. it says that sustainable on its label, when meat, including steak, is never sustainable. I come to a point in my vegan journey that places that have some options, but mostly meat, is not somewhere where I often want. definitiw always sick of any “healthy” food place as vegan friendly if this really does not. but also, I live in seattle, so I have a high standard. if they live here, this can only be a handful of places that they can eat, and if that is so, they go for it"

"The drink (Four Season Tea) was good but the customer service was not. No greeting, no eye contact, I had to figure out myself that I need to use the machine to order. The drink was just put on the counter without any comment and no eye contact again even though I was the only person in the store."
