The teriyaki chicken was very good. The beef was simply like flank steak which I had to cut up myself, not exactly what I was expecting for 'teriyaki ', but still tasted good. The steamed vegetables was mostly thick sliced carrots and a few pieces of broccoli...Ok, but I 'll probably try the salad next time. The Miso soup was excellent. They paid attention to special requests, too. Definitely trying again. View all feedback.
What Robert S doesn't like about Sapporo Teriyaki:
Ive been going here for 25 years. I stopped by and ordered 2 of my regular. I went to pay and it was $36. I looked up at the menu and the prices had doubled. Like WTF. Dont know if they sold it but it anit worth $36. Thats fine dining territory. Sorry wont be back unless they drop prices. View all feedback.
It's a decent teriyaki place, it's the place to go for some of my friends, they especially like the spicy teriyaki. I like it too, but when I got it a few times I was still a little hungry after. I tried the katsu this time and I liked it, it tasted good and the portion was large enough. I just wish they gave more steamed veggies though.
Great place for lunch. My favorite teriyaki in this area. Big portions. Love that they have choice of salad or veggies. The sauce is good.
We lived in the neighborhood for many years and this was our go-to teriyaki joint. I was back today and stopped in for lunch and it’s still great. They’ve added other items besides Teriyaki (I gave in to temptation and had some outstanding General Tso’s chicken). Nice people, great food, clean little place.

The people who work there are always accurate with the estimate they give on the phone. There was a 20 minute estimate today so I was happy knowing that ahead of time it was busy for lunch today! I like the boneless chicken teriyaki and my spouse likes the hot chicken special. The meal comes with a drink and it's probably one of the best food deals on the entire east side. Tasty gyoza too.
