Received package, however the item was not in the package. I only received a packing slip. So I contacted the company the guy I spoke with was nice. (Thanks Ben)But he stated he can can refund my money, but I told him the money wasn’t the issue I just wanted the item I purchased for my upcoming Christmas party , he stated it wouldn’t make it here in time for my party. Bomber please hire some better workers that actually pack the items into the packages before shipping.

This business is a disappointment because we found out after we drove to the address given that they were an online only business in Bellingham! They need to have that information on their website! Very disappointed in the lack of information on their website!

They may not have a retail store anymore but I buy online and still get the fantastic naturally colored sugars and sprinkles, every time they get my order out to me faster than expected. Only one time there was an issue with a delivery (not their fault) yet they sorted it out and made sure I had what I needed in time for my party. My latest order was a set of all the Donut sugars colors so I could make a rainbow of donuts for my granddaughters bday, She loved them.

Love the new natural sprinkles. Ordered online as they dont have a retail store.
