I found this place after a long walk, there are not too many possibilities in Redondela (you can also try at A tasca de Mucha as I saw the pictures of the menu and it seems that they have options, unfortunately it was not opened when I was there). I told them to take the tapa that comes with the beer and other drinks, as it was not vegan and they offer me chips. The vegan hamburger is from Tofu and they checked for me, it had no animal ingredients and it comes with frits, it is not the tasty, but better than nothing. I also ordered Padron's paprika.
