Had a great time at chick-fil-a. Was very hungry and tuckered after waking up at 5:40am for a run. The service was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my waffle fries and deluxe chicken sandwich! The bathrooms were also very helpful as I had to go twice in one visit ?. The rest of the team also enjoyed their meals. Worst run franchise in the Bay Area. Morning staff constantly makes mistakes on the orders. Aaron the Manager in the morning refused to give me a refund on a breakfast sandwich made incorrectly that I paid for with the app on my phone. Said I would need to come back to the restaurant when I had the credit card I uploaded funds to the app with. When I explained I used a gift card he still refused to give me a refund.
