I would like to lodge a complaint. I requested an iced soy latte because I am unable to consume dairy. I specifically asked the staff member if the milk used was soy milk, and he confirmed that it was. However, I later discovered that this was not the case. This is a Starbucks located inside a Safeway supermarket.
Their staff are all very friendly. The drinks are always freshing. they remember my name...well, i am there every day.. Lol
