This place is a couple of km. from the centre, but I'd reccommend it if you're staying nearby at Gasthaus Bavaria. It's a family run business, has a pleasant dining room, a solarium & outside eating area.I had a delicious eggplant meze for a starter, a nice diversion from the usual meat & potatoes German fare. It's a family run business, has a pleasant dining room, a solarium & outside eating area.I had a delicious eggplant meze for a starter, a nice diversion from the usual meat & potatoes German fare. This was followed by a lasagna dish, not exactly fine Italian cuisine, but the same as found in most "Italian" eateries in Canada, hot & filling with tomato meat sauce & lots of cheese. Both were very reasonably priced.They have 2 or 3 Thurn & Taxis beers on draught as well, much better priced than downtown.
Cosy little restaurant. Suitable for children. Family run. Very big portions. Cheap price. Friendly service. Food tastes really good.

Bosporus Regensburg Gyros Calamari Plate And Menu Food is good and plentiful! Nice owner very hospitable fast operation!
