excellent experience with the stocco (the dried cod, then revived in water) served in so many ways according to local traditions and peasants, served with potatoes or with radicchio or even salad. not to be missed also the pasta rolls served with local tomatoes, first dried in the wood oven. not bad the first and fried with fresh local fish (aguglie and triglie). to keep in mind also the pizza we wanted to taste just...
