We did not realise it was the hotel restaurant, so i was a bit concerned when we walked in. The dining room was pleasant and light. The service was attentive and courteous. Food was presented well, tastes were assorted in an imaginative way. I got the tuna tartare, condimented in an unusual and tasty way. Very good. I'm sorry to have to give this rating which is only my personal feeling. The staff is very friendly and very professional. The specialties as well as the wine cellar do not suffer any criticism. On the other hand extremely disappointed with my beef tenderloin. The meat was not seized which is a basic in the kitchen, but the requested cooking (blue) was respected.
