"Abstractions bistro is a quaint little shop just a few blocks away from the hospital and great place to come for lunch and a beverage. The Greek focaccia and spinach salad was delicious and the London fog was one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s obvious that everything is made with love."

"Hands down the best restaurant in Regina, and it is not talked about enough. Prices are exceptional. The owner is there all the time and seems very happy to have your business. Servers are well-versed in their product. The food is absolutely incredible and the portions are significant. If you try only one restaurant in Regina, consider this one. I recommend the Coconut Chicken, the Aloogobi, and the cilantro sauce that comes with the dumplings is very good. The location I'm sure can be a little out of the way for some, but for this gem it is absolutely worth it."

"I lived in the city for 4 years before I stumbled across this place. I was in a nearby business and questioned what spelt so good and they ever so kindly directed me through the doors of Amados. The fresh pita's, mouth water meats, homemade sauces and quick service have led to me being a regular customer and telling anyone who will listen to check it out."

"Nearly 40 bucks for a chicken and beef platter. 5 Bites and my stomach was so sore and chest felt so much pressure. Crazy because my wife felt the same way. Place has gone down hill"

"This jewel is worth it and by far the best restaurant in regina if they are looking for an increased experience. they can really know the team about what they do and are extremely in the food and the wee. it is an extended experience with a scurry that will be prepared in this way. gina served us and was absolutely wonderful in the healing of a wonderful dinner! while serving for all dietary species, they were able to customize our dishes for us as vegetarian and vegan"

"I recommend this place to everyone. There are so many things to love about this locally owned and operated 'spot '! The owners are really in the business for the love of what they do, and that shows in the quality and uniqueness of their food! Cinnamon buns are the best, just simply the best I have had in my life. The coffee options are endlessly delisicous! The green tea smoothy is crazy addicting! Pasta salad, best one out there! Quiche, of all varieties, amazing! But my favorite, hands down, is they dumplings. Hot, cold, with sauce, without, it really doesn 't matter because they are so tasty either way. Keep up the great work Green Spot!!"
