The service and quality at this McDonald's location on Victoria Avenue have been disappointing, with poor food preparation, inconsistent service, and overcharging. Customers have reported issues with receiving loyalty stickers, cold and dry food, and incorrect orders, such as receiving plain coffee instead of vanilla. Despite bringing up concerns in the drive-thru, mistakes continue to happen, leaving customers frustrated. With the combination of subpar customer service and food quality, this particular McDonald's location falls short of expectations.
