"Great tasting, imaginative vegetarian vegan food. we're often there for breakfast on weekend days. I can't remember the dishes name, but I really enjoy their egg in a large fried onion with greens on a bun with hash browns. the space is really interesting. Everything about the décor is completely repurposed/recycled. They have old glass beer mugs with obscure/found logos for water classes. Highly recommend"

"What a hidden gem! A few of us decided to try Roots again tonight and they have recently changed the public restaurant and it is absolutely lovely. Small enough to be quaint and large enough for many people. The server was outstanding. She recommended the lemongrass bowl and the curry chicken and both of our meals were served piping hot and so much flavour and great portions. Very reasonably priced. Our lovely server also told us about daily specials such as 1/2 priced appetizers and even a prime rib night! This place can be a bit off the beaten track to find but trust me, totally worth finding it. We will be back again and again."

"The buffet had a nice variety, fairly well labelled. Many of the regular favourites (for North America) were there, the mix was about 65: 35 vegetarian to meat. One of the meat curries was goat, another was butter chicken, both of which were apparently good.Vegetarian options included chana masala, and dal makhani, A few desserts, only one kind of rice, the naan that came with the buffet was lovely.For the price I usually expect a few more choices, but overall, everything I tasted was well cooked and spiced so quality over quantity here. Good vegetarian option."

"The drinks, dessert, salads and service are super. The food is a bit bland I ordered lasagna and I had better in fast food places. The breaded shrimps were not that good. I recommend this restaurant for special occasions because the atmos is quiet and the service is excellent."

"I lived in the city for 4 years before I stumbled across this place. I was in a nearby business and questioned what spelt so good and they ever so kindly directed me through the doors of Amados. The fresh pita's, mouth water meats, homemade sauces and quick service have led to me being a regular customer and telling anyone who will listen to check it out."

"Fresh food, lovely ambiance, good varieties of dishes, smiley staff. Have visited over and over and have not been disappointed. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT!!!"
