My grandson and I had a overnight stay in Regina at the Ramada. When we checked in Miss McBride was very pleasant. My grandson told her that this was his favorite hotel. She told him that it was hers too and she liked working there. In the a.m. we went for breakfast and Serina came over to talk to Eli. She remembered him from previous stays. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have always been happy with my stay. On most stays they would upgrade me to a nicer room which was appreciated. My recent stay however not so good. My room was very dated ... stains on counter and floor and shower needed replacement. I had to call for coffee as there none left in the room.
