Sprout cafe is a great lunch spot if you want options that won't leave you feeling heavy and groggy throughout the rest of your day! Their service is good, nice light open concept for the place, and most importantly the food has always been consistently delicious! The specials throughout the week are great. I've only ever been for lunch but I anticipate that their breakfast would be great as well. View all feedback.

I'm be been following this business for a long time. I do not work in downtown Regina so it's difficult for me to get ther during their business hours. I had an appointment close by today so I went there for lunch. My sandwich was very good. The service was slow and I was glad I was ther b4 noon. The line up was long when I left.
